valentines trip

A few weeks ago Matt had three days off of school. A Friday and then the following Mon, and Tue. I decided a trip to Grandma's was in order. Steve had to stay and work and we did miss him but the trip was just what we needed to break up the boredom of winter. Also the past several trips that we have taken to Pocatello have been unbelievably busy and chaotic. I wanted to just go and relax and not do much of anything but play.

And play we did. We had Grandma and Grandpa Garvin all to ourselves for once and it was very nice. We played games, made cookies, sat in the hot tub, watched movies, went sledding, went to lunch with Grandma and Grandpa Call, visited with friends and family. It was a wonderful weekend of play and relaxation.
