Happy birthday Ella Bella! Five years old! What has happened to my baby? She seems so grown up. And what a wonderful little girl she is growing up to be.
I just love birthdays with my kids. They are a lot of work but I love making the day special and celebrating. These are such fun days for all of us!
We started Ella's birthday with mini muffins. She originally wanted breakfast in bed but opted for candles on the muffins instead. I didn't think mixing flames and blankets was a good idea!
We had fun decorating a cake together. Pretty and pink, her favorite things.
When dad got home from work we had Ella's favorite dinner of pancakes and then let her open her pile of presents.
She was cute to watch and was delighted with all her fun presents just as every five year old should be.
We ate some of that yummy cake and then all of us watched a movie together to finish off this fun day together.
Happy birthday Ella. We love you so very much. We love having you in our family. You bring us so much joy!
