Hurray!
Matt was lucky enough a few years ago to spot this guy. He goes around the neighborhood flushing the water out of all the hydrants. It's nice clean city water and the guy has so much fun making it fun for kids. He even waited until we got back from the bus so we all could play in the water. And fortunately it was one of those hot days too.
